In addition to the kirk itself, there are three further buildings.
At the gates on the left is the old Session House building, where the Kirk elders used to meet. The low adjoining building was once the mortuary.
Detailed information about the graves in the kirkyard was prepared by the Gullane and Dirleton History Society several years ago and with their permission may be found in this document.
On the other side of the gate, is the Kirk Hall, below. This was the original village school until the ‘new’ one was built in 1912. The private house adjoining the hall was for the schoolmaster.

The Kirk Hall contains a large hall and a spacious modern kitchen and is where tea and coffee is served after the morning service every Sunday. The Kirk Hall is available for hire when not required by the church and accordingly is used by local community groups including the playgroup.
